Attorney Brian S. Fitzgerald graduated from American International College in 1993 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. He graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law in 1997, where he was the Production Editor for the MSL Law Review. Attorney Fitzgerald is licensed to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and State of Connecticut.

Attorney Fitzgerald is a member of the Hampden County, the Massachusetts, and Connecticut Bar Associations. In addition, Attorney Fitzgerald is on the Membership Committee for the Business Endeavors BNI chapter of Business Networking International.

Attorney Fitzgerald is a member of the board of directors for the Mutt & Jeff Scholarship Foundation, Inc., a member of the Advisory Board for ROCA of Springfield and has participated in philanthropic and community endeavors for the American Cancer Society, Association for Community Living, Community Resources for People with Autism, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the Community Survival Center.

Attorney Fitzgerald focuses his areas of practice in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, residential and commercial real estate, as well as licensing and permitting matters.
